Special Circumstances Form Interruption of Studies Withdrawal of Studies If you are considering withdrawing from your studies, please speak to your Student Adviser and Academic Cohort Lead. Complete a Withdrawal from Studies form with your Student Adviser. This form must be completed by any student choosing to withdraw. Download the Withdrawal from Studies form provided by Academic Services, and complete the form with your Student Adviser Self-referral Student Wellbeing Service If you would like to be referred to the Student Wellbeing Service, speak with your Student Adviser or the Student Support Team. If you are a PhD student, you can be referred to the Student Wellbeing Service via your Supervisor or Graduate School team.
