Hat-trick of RSC awards for Edinburgh chemists Three researchers from the School of Chemistry have been awarded prizes by the Royal Society of Chemistry. Dr Nicholle Bell has been awarded the RSC Joseph Black Award. This is awarded to an early career scientist in any field covering the practice and teaching of analytical science. Dr Andy Lawrence has been awarded the RSC Hickinbottom Award. This is awarded for contributions to any area of organic chemistry from a researcher under the age of 35.
